Belén Melamed
Having earned a diploma as a Gastronomy Professional, Belén Melamed has taken various courses in Argentina and Europe, specializing in modern pastry, as well as at EPGB in Barcelona.
She is a prominent figure in the field of modern pastry in Latin America, presenting a distinctive, stylish and creative approach.
She currently teaches at her own pastry workshop and is the owner of La Pastelería, a culinary business where she presents avant-garde innovations.
