Iwao Komiyama
With more than 42 years of experience, Iwoa Komiyama is the chef owner of the first Japanese sushi restaurant in Argentina. He is an renowned Itamae (a master chef of Japanese cuisine) and has received many international awards.
He brought American sushi and Japanese fusion cuisine to Argentina and created the “Sushi and Latin American Nikkei Cuisine”.
He also works as a teacher, TV presenter, consultant for restaurants and organizer of online corporate events.
