Juan Manuel Herrera
Formed at Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía, Juan Manuel has also specialized in pastry and chocolaterie in Paris.
He worked in Europe as a boulanger and pâtissier. He also worked as a consultant for hotels, restaurants and cafes around the world.
He was (and still is) host, jury and guest in several TV cooking shows and published several gastronomic books.
He is currently working in gastronomic TV shows and runs “La Bollería”, his own bakery.
