Luciano García
Having earned a diploma as a Professional Pastry Chef at The Blue Trainers, Luciano García was part of the pre-opening team of Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt in Buenos Aires and pastry chef at La Bourgogne, Palace Hotel Alvear.
He is the Director of Patisserie at Ott Educación Superior. Moreover, he is in charge of the first pastry school Almacén Ott Gourmet and offers courses in different schools around the world.
He also participates in television programs, actively publishes in international magazines Dulcypas and So Good, and runs his own restaurant in Nordelta neighborhood, where he offers a wide range of culinary proposals.
