CHICKEN BREAST WITH MUSHROOM CREAM SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken breasts
- 40 g of onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 g of champignons
- 50 g of pine mushrooms
- 400 ml of Milkaut Profesional Cream 39%
- 200 ml of vegetable broth
- 50 ml of dry white wine
- 60 g of baby carrots
- 60 g of baby potatoes
- 70 g of round green beans
- 20 g of Milkaut Profesional Butter
- rosemary as needed
- olive oil as needed

PROCESS
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sear both sides in olive oil in a deep skillet. Set them aside. Add more olive oil to the skillet and sauté the mushrooms (chopped in quarters) with rosemary. Add and sweat the onions and garlic, chopped in brunoise. Deglaze with white wine. Then add the chicken breasts, hydrated pine mushrooms and broth, and cook over high heat for about 5-7 minutes. Incorporate the Milkaut Profesional Cream 39% and cook everything together for 2-3 more minutes. Boil the carrots, baby potatoes and beans in english style. Finally, brown the vegetables in a skillet with olive oil and a knob of Milkaut Profesional Butter to give them a shine.
