CHRISTMAS POUND CAKE
INGREDIENTS
DOUGH
320 g of Milkaut Profesional Butter
450 g of brown sugar
30 g of honey
435 g of eggs
55 g of yolk
200 g of Milkaut Profesional Cream Cheese
90 ml of Milkaut Profesional Cream 39%
450 g of pastry flour
15 g of baking powder
5 g of salt
80 g of mixed nuts
80 g of candied fruit
80 g of bittersweet chocolate
FROSTING
75 g of Milkaut Profesional Cream Cheese
100 g of Milkaut Profesional Crematto
40 g of Milkaut Profesional Butter
vanilla essence as needed
30 g oficing sugar100 ml of Milkaut Profesional Cream 44%
MILKAUT SOLUTIONS

DOUGH
Cream the softened Milkaut Profesional Butter with the brown sugar and honey. Incorporate, one by one, the eggs and egg yolks (at room temperature).
Mix the flour, the salt and the baking powder, sieve. Use 1 tablespoon of this mixture to combine the candied fruit, chocolate and nuts. Add both preparations to the butter and egg mixture and gently fold together.
Add the Milkaut Profesional Cream Cheese and the Milkaut Profesional Cream 39%.
Place in a buttered pound cake mold and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for approximately 50 minutes.
FROSTING
Cream the softened Milkaut Profesional Butter with the icing sugar and vanilla essence, add the Milkaut Profesional Cream Cheese and mix. Lastly, add the Milkaut Profesional Crematto and the Milkaut Profesional Cream 44% and whip.
ASSEMBLY
Once the pound cake is cold, cover with the frosting and decorate.
