• 700 g of Milkaut Profesional Dulce de Leche for Pastry
  • 100 g of softened Milkaut Profesional Butter
  • 100 g of common sugar
  • 108 g of yolk
  • 260 g of cornstarch
  • 70 g of pastry flour
  • 10 g of baking powder
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • vanilla essence as needed
  • shredded coconut as needed



Beat the softened Milkaut Profesional Butter with the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolks one at a time, beating until smooth, along with the vanilla essence and lemon zest. Mix in the sifted dry ingredients and blend them together. Wrap with a cling film and refrigerate until cold and firm. After dusting the countertop with cornstarch, roll out the dough to approximately 1 cm thickness. Cut up with a 5 cm diameter round cutter and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature (180 °C) for about 10 minutes. Remove and let cool. For the final assembly, pipe Milkaut Profesional Dulce de Leche for Pastry onto the lids, close and roll in shredded coconut.
