CREAM CARAMEL WITH DULCE DE LECHE

  • 10 eggs
  • 1 L of milk
  • 200 g of sugar (1)
  • 200 g of sugar (2)
  • vanilla essence as needed
  • Milkaut Profesional Classic Dulce de Leche as needed

PROCESS

Mix the eggs, sugar (1), milk and vanilla essence. Strain and set aside. Create a caramel sauce using sugar (2) and a bit of water. Then spread it over the base of a Savarin mold.

Allow it to cool before adding the previously prepared mixture. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie (a pan of hot water) in a low-temperature oven (140-150 °C) for about 1 hour. Add Milkaut Profesional Classic Dulce de Leche according to your taste.
