DULCE DE LECHE CHEESECAKE

Cheesecake Dulce de Leche Pastelero

INGREDIENTS

BASE

  • 300 g of chocolate cookies
  • 120 g of Milkaut Profesional Butter

FILLING

  • 800 g of Milkaut Profesional Crematto
  • 165 g of eggs
  • 30 g of cornstarch
  • 600 g of Milkaut Profesional Dulce de Leche for Pastry

DULCE DE LECHE SAUCE

  • 200 g of Milkaut Profesional Classic Dulce de Leche
  • 80 ml of Milkaut Profesional Cream 39%

MILKAUT SOLUTIONS

PROCESS

BASE

Mix the melted Milkaut Profesional Butter with the cookie crumbs and cover the base of a
ring/mold with it. Refrigerate for at least 30 min.

FILLING

Mix all the ingredients and stir until getting a uniform texture. Fill the ring/mold up to 3/4 parts
and cook for 45 min approx. at 150 °C. Allow to cool in the oven.

DULCE DE LECHE SAUCE

Dilute Milkaut Profesional Classic Dulce de Leche in warm Milkaut Profesional Cream 39%.

ASSEMBLY

Divide into portions and garnish with dulce de leche sauce. Serve.
