RED BERRIES CHEESECAKE
INGREDIENTS
BASE
- 300 g of vanilla cookies
- 120 g of Milkaut Profesional Butter
FILLING
- 750 g of Milkaut Profesional Cream Cheese
- 150 g of sugar
- 165 g of eggs
- 20 ml of lemon juice
- 10 g of cornstarch
- 60 ml of Milkaut Profesional Cream 39%
- vanilla essence as needed
RED BERRIES SYRUP
- 500 g of berries
- 400 g of sugar
- 20 ml of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. of cornstarch
MILKAUT SOLUTIONS
PROCESS
BASE
Mix the melted Milkaut Profesional Butter and the cookie crumbs. Then use the mixture to cover the base of the ring mold. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
FILLING
Blend the Milkaut Profesional Cream Cheese and sugar until smooth. Then beat in the eggs, starch mixed with the essence, and Milkaut Profesional Cream 39%. Pour the mixture into the ring mold until they are ¾ full and bake at 150 °C for around 40 minutes. Allow to cool in the oven.
RED BERRIES SYRUP
Cook the red berries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan until they reach the desired consistency. If needed, add starch to thicken the mixture.
ASSEMBLY
Unmold the cheesecake and drizzle the syrup over the top.
