SALMON HOT ROLL

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g of fresh salmon
  • 500 g of smoked salmon
  • 2 sheets of nori seaweed
  • 120 g of Milkaut Profesional Cream Cheese for Sushi
  • 1 avocado
  • 150 g of panko
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 asparagus
  • sesame seeds (white and black) as needed
  • tonkatsu sauce as needed
  • gari (pickled ginger) as needed

PROCESS

ASSEMBLY

Place half nori seaweed over a bamboo sushi mat.

Place thin slices of both fresh and smoked salmon over it. Afterwards, place the Milkaut Profesional Cream Cheese for Sushi, add slices of avocado, blanched asparagus and the sesame seeds and roll it.

Coat the roll with eggs and panko. Repeat this and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes. Fry in plenty of oil.

Portion, decorate and serve with tonkatsu sauce and pickled ginger.
