SQUASH SOUP

SOPA DE ZAPALLO

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg of butternut squash
  • 150 g of onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 150 g of bread
  • 50 g of spring onion
  • 100 ml of Milkaut Profesional Cream 39%
  • 30 g of sunflower seeds
  • vegetable broth as needed (approx. 1 L)
  • olive oil as needed
  • thyme as needed

PROCESS

Place the cubed squash and quartered onion in a deep baking dish, along with olive oil, crushed garlic, and thyme. Cook until the vegetables are lightly browned. Purée with broth until smooth. Adjust seasonings. Serve in a deep bowl and decorate with golden bread cubes, chopped spring onion, sunflower seeds, olive oil, and Milkaut Profesional Cream 39%.
