SQUASH SOUP
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of butternut squash
- 150 g of onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 g of bread
- 50 g of spring onion
- 100 ml of Milkaut Profesional Cream 39%
- 30 g of sunflower seeds
- vegetable broth as needed (approx. 1 L)
- olive oil as needed
- thyme as needed

PROCESS
Place the cubed squash and quartered onion in a deep baking dish, along with olive oil, crushed garlic, and thyme. Cook until the vegetables are lightly browned. Purée with broth until smooth. Adjust seasonings. Serve in a deep bowl and decorate with golden bread cubes, chopped spring onion, sunflower seeds, olive oil, and Milkaut Profesional Cream 39%.
