SALMON BAGEL

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g of Milkaut Profesional Crematto
  • 150 g of smoked salmon/gravlax
  • 1 tbsp. of capers
  • 1 bagel with seeds
  • fresh dill as needed

MILKAUT SOLUTIONS

PROCESS

Cut the bagel crosswise and spread Milkaut Profesional Crematto on each half. Top with the salmon, dill and capers.
