The Chocolaterie: A new and sweet classic

The most important chocolate fair in the country returned to La Rural, and Milkaut Profesional could not be absent. La Chocolaterie held its third edition, bringing together the best chocolates produced in our country.

During the event, which took place on the 23rd, 24th, and 25th of July, the most distinguished chocolatiers were invited to showcase their products and savoir-faire.

There were expert talks on cocoa, covering a range of topics from pairings and tastings to the latest trends. The event also featured engaging demonstration classes, where a variety of chocolate-based dishes were prepared in collaboration with renowned chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and cooks. Furthermore, our products took center stage in the pastry masterclasses that were conducted.
