BASQUE CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS
- 500 g of Milkaut Profesional Cream Cheese
- 250 ml of Milkaut Profesional Cream 44%
- 200 g of sugar
- 220 g of eggs
- 15 g of pastry flour/cornstarch
MILKAUT SOLUTIONS
PROCESS
Mix all the ingredients without incorporating too much air. Place the mixture in a springform pan lined with crumpled parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200-220 °C for approximately 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool and refrigerate.
