INGREDIENTS
- 36-40 g of yolk
- 110 g of eggs
- 40 g of pastry flour
- 2 tbsp. of whole milk
- 400 g of Milkaut Profesional Dulce de Leche for Bakery

PROCESS
Mix well all the ingredients. Pour the mixture into buttered and cold molds at 3/4 height.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 5-6 min.
