INGREDIENTS

  • 36-40 g of yolk
  • 110 g of eggs
  • 40 g of pastry flour
  • 2 tbsp. of whole milk
  • 400 g of Milkaut Profesional Dulce de Leche for Bakery

PROCESS

Mix well all the ingredients. Pour the mixture into buttered and cold molds at 3/4 height.

Cook in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 5-6 min.
