Pamela Villar
Pamela Villar trained professionally with Christophe Krywonis, Osvaldo Gross, Dolli Irigoyen, Alicia Berger and Beatriz Chomnalez, and then specialized in London, Florence and New York.
She worked at the Gran Bar Danzón, Sucre and Restaurante Uriarte. Besides, she hosted TV programs on El Gourmet and ran her own gastronomic ventures: a restaurant and a pastry shop.
She currently works as consultant for different restaurants and gastronomic groups. She is a teacher and is part of Ronda Pastelera, a team of professionals dedicated to developing different exclusive culinary experiences.
